Movie Making Process
I have never seen or experienced an industry where there was so much apparent waste in time and money. If the industry had a better process (lean) it would allow them to spend less and make more.

The problem with the movie industry is that all the executives are incredibly insecure and need to have their hand in everything to stroke their egos.
Most of the management needs to grow up a little bit.
No kidding. What a bunch of babies. If they just let the actual artists do their job I bet there would be a lot more good films.
