Human Assett Development
It would be a better idea to approach the subject of employee development from the perspective of assett development than resource allocation. HR is a poor description of an assett that can be developed and has almost unlimited potential. Approached as a 'Resource' as opposed to an 'Assett' the human raw material is mis classified. This has led to many wrong paths for the treatment of the human raw material and has compromised the productivity of our economy. Lets change HR to HA!

What happened to the old days when it was just called "personnel"? My beef with the term is referring to employees as "humans". Seems awfully clinical and cold.
Calling it HA would be appropriate though...
