Solve the Mortgage Crisis by Extending the payback period
Why not extend the payback period to lower monthly payments for homeowners? People are living longer and working longer. It could also be guaranteed with an inexpensive term life insurance policy provided by the lender with each loan and funded as a portion of the loan.
