Unlimited Olympic Games
I'd like to see a version of the Olympic Games where there are no restrictions on the use of chemicals, drugs, technology etc... to enhance human performance. Imagine the thrill of watching a sprinter run the 100m dash in 4.3 seconds, and then exploding in a brilliant flash as the radioactive steroid/adrenaline combo reaches a perfectly-timed critical mass. I'd Pay-per-view that for a dollar!

That would be awesome! I'd actually watch those games.
Isn't this what we have right now? They are all on performance enhancing drugs right now, it is just that the testing hasn't caught up with them yet.
They should just allow any body modification or performance enhancer to be used as long as it is legal in their own country and the host country. It would be free research and advertisements for the drug companies.
I'd like to see Olympic games that we held under severe enviromental condition. Most of the games today are held under near or perfect conditions. This is also true of golf today where the professionals play courses that are in perfect condistion with only the weatgher as a possible challenge(and when it rains or blows they all complain and run for the clubhouse.) Let's really test the mettle of our atheletes and have a competition where the condistions really challenge. It is like a OLympic True Reality Show.
I agree with Jim. They hold major events in perfect weather so that the athletes do better. I'd like to have seen Jesse Owens do what he did n a blizzard, and I'd like to see Michael Phelps swim from one end of the pool to another in a thunderstorm! The Olympics are overrated because nobody is allowed to use enhancement, and the weather is too perfect!
